CHALLENGE
Sätuna Square in Märsta has long been something of a rough diamond. Despite being a well-visited location next to the train station, the area has been characterised by empty and old residential and commercial spaces. Our client also wanted to build co-operative apartments and rental apartments.
SOLUTION
Wiping the slate clean and attracting people to a place with an engrained reputation can be difficult. It requires a strategy from the ground up and something to build the place on and around. We have created a strategy that is based on the location’s original function, its intended future, and the local residents. We have developed the place’s name and graphic profile and a corresponding logo, as well as digital channels, and started working on on-site communication.
Result
All parties involved like the name and strategy, and now SigtunaHem has suitable foundations for future development of the site.
