Do you want to work with communication and the real estate industry alongside a great team? Joining our network comes with many benefits!
- You focus on what you’re best at and what you enjoy doing. The rest, you leave to one of us.
- We work in the cloud. You choose your own workplace. If you want, we can work together. If not, that’s fine too. We use Slack, Teams, and Dropbox. Most often, we meet at The Park Södra, near Södra Station.
- We don’t have fixed working hours. Deadlines are what drive us—for better or worse. You decide when you want to work. Meetings are scheduled during traditional working hours. We encourage each other to take regular breaks and stay active. We also keep an eye on each other’s stress levels.
- We believe that the relationships within our team are crucial to our collaboration and the quality of our final deliveries. That’s why we take the time to nurture those relationships and aim to meet face-to-face when possible.
- We believe in long-term relationships and support each other’s growth. In a fast-moving world, a context that fosters continuous development is essential for us to keep doing what we do.
