We always make sure to have Thursday lunch together and organize events or get-togethers with the entire Creator Family several times a year.

We work in the cloud. You choose your own workplace.
If you want, we can work together in person. If not, that's perfectly fine. We use Slack, Teams, and Dropbox. Most of the time, we meet at The Park Södra, near Södra Station.
We don’t have fixed working hours. Deadlines are what drive us.
For better or worse, you choose when you want to work. Meetings are scheduled during traditional working hours. We encourage each other to take regular breaks and stay active. We also keep an eye on each other’s stress levels.
We take the time to nurture our relationships.
We believe that the relationships within our team are crucial for our collaboration and the quality of our final deliverables. That’s why we make an effort to nurture these relationships and aim to meet face-to-face whenever possible.
