CHALLENGE
Our client Castellum is developing a cluster of commercial properties called Bolidentriangeln, located in Årsta, Stockholm. Castellum wants to maintain and expand with new office spaces in the area. By adding new commercial spaces, the project will contribute to the goal of creating more workplaces in the southern part of the city. The purpose of the detailed plan is to create a dense neighbourhood that is well integrated into the surrounding districts. There are several old buildings in the area that used to house meat-processing plants. Many of the buildings are of high cultural-historical value.
SOLUTION
The project is in an early stage and we are helping with the development of the project and place branding through analysis and strategy. We are also mapping the location and the project, developing a strategy, choosing a name and place identity.
Result
In the first phase, we developed the foundations through a workshop and a micro-location analysis. This enabled us to map the current status of the location and project. Following this, we delivered a strategy for the next step of the place identity work. The documents are always written as practical documents. In other words, they can be used in practice. We don’t just produce desk-top products.
