CHALLENGE
Our client, Farsta City Development Ltd., represented by Rikshem and Ikano, wants to put Telestaden on the map. Telestaden is one of the largest development areas in southern Stockholm. Telia, formerly called Televerket, has been located here since 1962. The area has not been accessible to the public for many years. So the challenge has been to generate interest among the relevant target groups and the public, to get them to discover the district and everything it has to offer. People should also be told about the development of the district and the fact that it is being filled with businesses, services, preschools, schools and homes.
SOLUTION
We will work on creating a clear identity for the place, both physically and digitally. We will describe Telestaden’s positive values and everything that is happening and about to happen in the area.
Result
Telestaden’s positive reputation will help make Farsta and Stockholm City even more attractive places to live. The vacancy rate for existing buildings, most of which will be preserved, is low. Pop-up businesses have also operated during certain periods, as there has been a demand due to the place’s good reputation and its convenient location.
