In Knivsta city centre, Kvarter Segerdahl is taking shape. Empty premises are being transformed into modern, vibrant and future-proof homes. The neighbourhood is the final piece of the puzzle connecting the new Sågverkstorget with Knivsta’s older and smaller city centre. The project, with its residential and commercial premises, is totally transforming Knivsta city centre. Genova needs help with marketing the housing project.
SOLUTION
We will visit the site and conduct a micro-location analysis to map the location’s strengths and weaknesses. Based on the choice of materials, we will develop a visual identity by inviting Genova to choose between selected design concepts.
Result
The conceptualisation and marketing of the project will increase the perceived value of living in the area. We will stimulate interest in the area and generate demand for the newly built homes. We will also attract potential buyers.
