CHALLENGE
Ursvik is one of Sweden’s largest urban development projects, which will have around 9,000 homes and 20,000 residents when completed. Currently, around 6,000 people live here. The light rail system arrived here in 2022. Our goal is to increase the value of the land, primarily by making existing Ursvik residents ambassadors for the neighbourhood.
SOLUTION
Each year we will organise several social investments and events. We will also create meeting places and address the weaknesses of the neighbourhood, such as the lack of meeting venues and restaurants, and inadequate public transport. All activations will be carried out together with the Ursvik residents themselves, and several activities will based entirely on their involvement. We will build the Ursvik brand by establishing a digital presence in our target groups’ feeds. We will share all the positive things that happen in the neighbourhood and shine a light on local businesses and ambassadors.
