CHALLENGE
Our client Turbinen owns a lot of land in Tungelsta and has a long-term interest in the area. Tungelsta is an urban area on the commuter train route south of Stockholm. We want to increase the long-term value of the land.
SOLUTION
Our analysis shows that Tungelsta has unique positive values and a position as “rural and safe“. We have chosen to use the existing name of the urban area and highlight the assets, benefits and positive feelings that already exist in the area.
Result
We have conducted an analysis and strategy for the place brand Tungelsta. A visual identity has been developed for the area. We have also created a website that will serve as a hub for ongoing place marketing.
