CHALLENGE
Our client SigtunaHem is planning to develop one of its existing residential areas over the course of several years – by demolishing existing homes and replacing them with new ones. All while the residents continue to live in the neighbourhood.
SOLUTION
By giving the project its own name, Norrbacka Omvandling, as well as its own voice and visual expression, we can reinforce the vision and the positive values that the transformation will bring. The project will be characterised by information transparency and consideration throughout the construction period. We will combine client service and place branding.
Result
In addition to producing information and communication, we have recommended an on-site presence through a pop-up dialogue space. During the early stages of the project, the information about the demolition work was positively received.
