CHALLENGE
In Upplands-Bro municipality, a brand new district that will house approximately 4,500 homes is taking shape. The little-known location, situated between the commuter train route and Lake Mälaren, is designed to attract new residents. The project also includes a marina, schools, preschools and premises for other activities. Bro Mälarstad’s vision to create “a little more space to live”.
SOLUTION
We give people a gentle nudge, pushing them in the right direction to achieve a greater sense of well-being. We add positive values to the place through newsletters, activations for both residents and visitors, and create different ways of exploring the place.
Result
We will increase the overall awareness of Bro Mälarstad as a place to live. We will turn words into actions to create a place that provides a little more space to live, thereby generating demand to settle in this very location.
